The Fiat 500 is as archetypically Italian as Pizza - Manufactured between 1957 and 1975 as a rear engined genuine 4 seater city car it sold almost 4 million units and has a dedicated following to this day. When compared to modern ‘compacts’ it really shows how well cars such as the Cinquecento were packaged back in the 1960’s although to be fair acceleration figures would not impress anyone! A genuine cult car.
